Network Marketers Online, Considerations First.

Before putting yourself online with your network marketing business, few people put a specific plan into place. I mean your network marketing company have told you that anyone can do this business and that you can even do it whilst you are still gainfully employed. Now I am not saying that you cannot get your business going whist still holding down your current job but please chase away from your mind any dreams of getting rich quick and handing your boss your resignation letter within the next few weeks. You need to really sit down and write down a kind of mini mission statement about what your goals are for this business and more critically how much time you actually have. If you only have about 10 hours per week then you need to understand that your income that you will generate will reflect this. Especially once you are online. You will have to manage your website and of course your leads (who are going to be your bread and butter). If you have 30 hours per week then obviously you will be able to generate more income from your online adventures. Just like in the Wizard of Oz there are "Lions, Tigers and Bears" online. All promising you 5 mins per day and you will have an online empire that might make Oprah jealous. Don't fall for it. There is a learning curve and you have to go through it. On the flip side there are genuine companies out there wanting to help you market yourself online and I suggest you do your due diligance before you dive in. One big mistake lots of people think is that because it is business on the internet that it costs next to nothing. Whilst costs are considerably less than starting up a business in the offline world it is naive to think that you will not have to have a budget to work to where you invest in your online business. |
